RicoMan - My topic Kontent Machine Integration
- Hi; I've created an account at account at account.spinnerchief(.)com I provided my SpinnerChiefIII serial number and was automatically upgraded to the Ultimate account. I logged in, went to my profile page, and copied the api; which I pasted to my Kontent Machine Credentials field. However; Kontent Machine indicates that the credentials are invalid. I have repeated this operation at least twice in two different days, yet get the same results. Your help is greatly appreciated. Regards, RicoMan

RicoMan - My topic API Failed
- I purchased SpinnerChiefIII, I want to use it with Kontent Machine; which is asking me for a username and an API. I have created a username in via account.spinnerchief.com which asked me for my serial number and automatically upgraded me from free to Ultimate. I logged in (http://)account.spinnerchief.com(/)Person.aspx Noticed my ApiKey, but it is not working as I keep getting an "API Failed" when I test the connection. I have a very large list of subscribers whom are waiting on my feedback. We are testing your product against Wordai. So far they have been very responsive, yet you have not even answered the emails I've sent to your support email address. The first email was sent on 11/26/2014, and another one was sent today. This is my last attempt. If you do not answer, I will request a full refund, and will notify my list we should go with your competitor since you do not support your application. Hope you can help me.
