Any body getting this error? I've contacted support but they keep telling me they can't find my account! Have anyone gone through the same situation?

Hi,

I have purchased the software by using "whitehatbox" promo code today and I am in the same situation. After purchasing, I received serial number but it is not working ! I sent e-mail to support team but nobody turn back yet...

Could you please fix this problem as soon as possible ? or I need to receive my money back.

YES, that is the exact problem I'm having EXCEPT no one has answered my help ticket that I submitted via email. I have proof I have paid in full for this program and it worked up until now. This is VERY frustrating and the support response is very slow.
