I just bought the program yesterday. And it was this all along. Free version I can login., But paid versions error.

Now it has the same error.

I have same problem. On windows XP SP3. I have close firewall and restarted my computer and network. but it still same error.

I have the same issue on windows 7.

I've created a bug report which no one has responded to in more than a week.

I've sent 5 emails and have only been responded to once - that was to ask me to arrange a skype for help... great... but then you didn't respond to me trying to arrange a time.

As it stands I've paid $177 for nothing as the software crashes on every spin.

Please help me asap guys!
